With both in-house specialists and a large network of SOC specialists, we handle incidents around the clock, every day of the year. The incident response process is based on key steps and secures part by part in the company's IT environment. Continuous contact with those involved in the company takes place for reporting and any decisions. Everything is documented for documentation that is then required in, for example, an incident report to the authorities when the incident is completed.
