Incident Response
Incident response aims to identify, mitigate and contain security incidents within an organization. It is an essential part of effective cybersecurity management and involves a coordinated approach to addressing security breaches and minimizing their impact. The primary goal of incident response is to limit the damage caused by security incidents and restore normal operations as quickly as possible. This requires a structured and clearly defined incident management plan that outlines roles, responsibilities and procedures to follow in the event of an incident. With both in-house specialists and a large network of SOC specialists, we handle incidents around the clock, every day of the year. The incident response process is based on key steps and secures part by part in the company's IT environment. Continuous contact with those involved in the company takes place for reporting and any decisions. Everything is documented for documentation that is then required in, for example, an incident report to the authorities when the incident is completed.
